darkest life in womb, life-sense in closed eyes;

'dreams, source of imagine', life-source's unfolds,

energy is fixed in point, dynamic natural resources,
'supreme being, always immersed in growth' - love;

a seed, becomes seed-tree, eternal mother womb,
a tree, becomes banyan, reflection of emptiness;
life, 'like a device' that needs charging and recharging; just as food-energy or boiled food charges or revitalizes the body-cells for a dynamic life - when a baby or body-cell is formed in amniotic fluid of the womb; and reflective yog & meditative activities recharged or resonated the mind's spectrum for a stable life - when the unconscious is in a state of unfoldment to communicate the inner being;
the invisible universe in the light of the sun - the self-expression of the unconscious in the moonlit night; dreams teach us to imagine that we are living in a body that is an eternal companion of generation as a pillar of nature; the body, like an instrument, which becomes harmonious after the melody, so an hour of 'yog & meditation's practice' every day that makes the body-cells resurrection and sensitive; just as the preparation of the land before planting a seed, which turns into trees in representation of the cycle of nature; 'we are the present' a reflection of real life, fixed with infinity; the repetition of the cycle of nature unfolds life 'the flow of the ganges in the womb of the himalayas' the eternal life-wave; the heartbeat is reflected in vitality, feeling of the beat with steady breathing i.e. 'self-realization' is the guide to life;
life, just as a garland of flowers, the flowers are compared to the body-cells, and the thread is the nervous system; the garland, is dependent on thread, so the 'reflective-yog action' for the nerves: similar to + − × ÷, and breathing exercises for the body cells, which becomes the guide to the meditative life; which means 'sitting with eyes closed and feeling the heartbeat' which is equal to the echo of the brain neurons, 'increases the body's immunity' while the supreme being or the power is always immersed in the development of creation;
life cycle, a reflection of 0-9 months or zero hours, which gradually unfolds in the cycle of nature, such as 'a seed, becomes a seed-tree' and represents of life cycle; life is the reaction of the body-mind, the lust at the beginning of life creation which becomes the source of self-realization in perseverance of loneliness when life is always in a state of unfoldment; as in the vibrancy of nature 'storm-rain, thunderstorm' are observed in the process of evaporation, the energy is reflected in the vitality; that is, the life or heartbeat of breathing, the creative mind is immersed in the fountain stream of creation;
body-mind reflection by reflective yog & meditation, daily one hour's practice - self-realization in the inner journey, 'life, reflection of zero hours' this is done just once sitting in a meditation posture:
(1) the tuning of nervous system: the connection of the head, neck, spine and brain, similar to − + × ÷; where the spine is bent left-right, front-back, shoulder-neck together transversely, and the fourth is to rhythmically move the head and spine left and right, just like a snake moving forward; these are 60 times;
next, rotate the head in the circularly: clockwise, counterclockwise and clockwise again, 20 x 3 = 60 times; the whole process is accompanied by the buzzing sounds of a bee with its mouth closed;
(2) the practice of breathing: life breathes, balanced by controlled breathing, heart rate and blood pressure; this exercise refers to the opposite movement of normal blood pressure, which is '120/80'; that is, slowly inhaling through the trachea and exhaling rapidly, thus, 'after inhaling 10 times' take a half breath and close the nose with the hand, after a while take a full breath and hold the breath again;
similarly, after inhaling 10 times exhale completely and close the nose; 5 times each;
as a result, the body-cells are renewed by the excess oxygen, and the upward flow of breathing activates the brain neurons; that is, the replacement of sensitive life in response to energy and vitality;
(3) reflective meditation action: the appearance of the newborn through deep breathing, the formation of life in the suffocating womb; that is, a steady meditative life through deep breathing: after 4-5 deep breaths, take a half breath and 'feel the heartbeat in the stillness of the breath, who is constantly working for you', take the other half breath seriously for him and be still;
similarly, after taking 4-5 deep breaths, exhale completely, this is the practice of remaining without breath as long as possible; feel of brain-neurons resonance in the suffocating heat, which equates to heartbeats and the life waves of nature; the contraction and expansion of the navel is stable with deep breathing;
The two practices are done one after the other for a fixed period of time, as it is one hour; 'suffocating life' is reflected in the suffocation while the meditative life becomes a zero hour or 0-9 month practice; that is, the beginning of the descent into 'self-realization' in one's own life;
